Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking experienced full-stack engineers to join our technical staff as part of the R&D team. You’ll work across multiple high-impact projects that advance the frontier of AI training, evaluation, and enterprise applications. You will contribute across a portfolio of exciting initiatives, including developing agents that generate synthetic data or review human-generated data, building real-world reinforcement learning environments for model training and evaluation, delivering end-to-end agentic solutions for enterprise customers, and developing internal tooling that enables humans and AI agents to collaborate at scale. Responsibilities include designing and building end-to-end systems spanning both front-end and back-end components, developing scalable infrastructure to support agentic workflows, data pipelines, and evaluation, rapidly prototyping, testing, and shipping features in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and owning projects from design through deployment with a strong focus on reliability and usability.
