AI Automation Engineer III

HackerOne is seeking an AI Automation Engineer III on our Enterprise Data & AI team. As an AI Automation Engineer III, you'll work on challenging projects in collaboration with teams across the company. You’ll achieve success with AI-first thinking, change agility, first-principles problem solving, and data-driven decision making. Leveraging your technological expertise, domain knowledge, and dedication to business objectives, you'll drive innovation to propel HackerOne forward. You will also work on the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions that enhance and free Hackeronies from routine, manual tasks. Act as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, translating operational needs into scalable, automated systems using leading AI and automation tools and frameworks. Support end-to-end automation project delivery, including solution design, configuration, integration, and quality assurance, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external development partners to ensure effective implementation. Play a vital role in managing incidents for business critical assets as part of an on-call rotation and developing clear response processes and playbooks for various types of incidents.
