Software Engineer

Buildout is looking for a Software Engineer to build, maintain, and refine industry-leading CRE marketing tools. You will regularly build backend (Rails) and frontend (React) features. You'll help your team lead break large projects and requirements into smaller components and estimate that work. You will work with your team’s Product Manager and UX Designer to ensure everyone is on the same page and the user experience is consistently great. This role requires 2+ years of product software development experience within a SaaS company, or the ability to demonstrate you’ve learned enough in less time to still be a great engineer and valuable team member. Buildout is a full-stack engineering company. We believe that the fastest and simplest way to turn requests into features is to understand what needs to be done from beginning to end.
