• Reading and/or watching and summarizing important legislation and hearings.
• Developing briefing materials for use in meetings with executive and legislative branch officials.
• Conducting policy research for reform efforts at the federal level.

Modern Treatise provides in-depth reporting and commentary covering international developments and domestic political affairs from across the wide political spectrum. The Modern Treatise digital platform also serves as a hub for the intellectual reader who values and engages with diverse perspectives.

• Assist with Foundation research and outreach activities related to budget and tax reform.
• Responsibilities include tracking and responding to policy proposals in the form of blog posts, issue briefs, and op-ed drafting.
• Candidates may also be asked to engage with NTUF's other projects.
