Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

• Build and own the technical foundation powering Neon's consumer product and data business.
• Work directly with the founder as one of the first engineers on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing mobile applications using React Native or native iOS/Android.
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Own architectural decisions across system design, including scalability, security, and fault tolerance.

You Have:

• 4+ years building and releasing consumer mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, or WebRTC in a real product.
• Full-stack flexibility and comfort with backend APIs and data pipelines.
