Middle QA Specialist

We are looking for a battle-tested Middle QA Specialist to serve as the quality guardian in one of Ruby Labs' fastest-growing legal-tech portfolio companies. This is a high-intensity operational role where you will own every bug, every test case, and every quality gate, working directly under our Product Director to ensure flawless product delivery. The mission is to maintain zero-defect standards through rigorous testing, customer feedback analysis, and systematic quality assurance processes. Execute comprehensive quality assurance operations across the entire product lifecycle. Responsibilities include daily quality operations, customer support ticket analysis, bug lifecycle management, multi-platform testing, UI/UX quality control, real-time production monitoring, and data quality assurance. Also includes cross-team collaboration, customer journey testing, test case development, documentation & reporting and competitive quality benchmarking.
