As a strategic and client-obsessed member of the Anteriad Customer Success team, you will serve as the lead point of contact for key Programmatic/Social clients. In this elevated role, you will own customer relationships, alleviate strategic and operational pressure from the Sales Directors, and ensure premium campaign management across the entire lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-launch optimization. You wonβt just manage timelines and paperwork, youβll be a growth driver, trusted advisor, and key revenue partner.
You'll serve as the main point of contact on all client-related items, from onboarding to campaign performance reviews. You will own campaign performance, upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot any delivery or pacing issues with the digital operations team. In addition, you will coordinate and lead recurring client calls, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions with clients and vendors. You will also train and mentor Customer Success team members in Programmatic best practices.
