Responsibilities:
- Generate, maintain, and update project expenditure databases, cost estimates, and financial projections.
- Review and verify financial and project data for accuracy; conduct biweekly budget review meetings.
- Perform monthly updates for contract year spend and track project charging, subcontract budgets, and team performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field; 2-4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and M365 tools; strong Excel and data management skills.
- Must hold or be able to obtain DoD SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $65,000–$85,000 per year.
- Includes health/dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, generous 401k plan, profit sharing, EAP.
- 11-20 paid vacation days, 10 paid holidays, and 56+ hours sick leave per year.
