Perform AERMOD/AERSCREEN air dispersion modeling and evaluate compliance with NAAQS and PSD increments. Draft and review Clean Air Act permits, including Title V, PSD, and minor source permits. Mentor staff, manage projects, and prepare technical documents for clients.
