This position is essential in ensuring the accuracy of project financials, maintaining internal systems, and supporting teams in achieving operational excellence. The Program Analyst will manage efforts to identify and balance program priorities, monitor staff workload and performance, delegate effectively, streamline processes, and strategize process improvements.

The Buyer will manage the full procurement lifecycle for materials, components, and services in support of Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. The individual will oversee cradle-to-grave procurement processes in full compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and company policies. They will also prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts aligned with DoD contract requirements.
