We are hiring a U.S. Construction Permits & Compliance Coordinator to join our remote team supporting U.S.-based construction projects. This is a specialized role, not a general administrative or VA position. You will manage the permitting process from start to finish, ensuring all documents are compliant and approved on time. You will also coordinate with project managers, contractors, clients, and U.S. municipal authorities, keeping all stakeholders informed and projects moving efficiently.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Permitting & Coordination Specialist to support our U.S.-based construction client. You will oversee the permitting lifecycle for multiple U.S. construction projects, ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and approved on time. The ideal candidate has handled technical paperwork and coordinated with multiple stakeholders.

This role involves driving project approvals from design to construction by managing the permitting workflow for over 145 active construction and engineering projects. You will coordinate with municipal authorities, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant approvals, thriving in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
