Job Description
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end permitting process for residential and outdoor construction projects. This includes preparing and submitting application packages, reviewing plans for code compliance, tracking permits, and liaising with municipal authorities. You will also collaborate with Project Managers, provide updates to homeowners and internal teams, and coordinate inspections. The role focuses on optimizing processes, standardizing documentation, and identifying improvements to speed up approvals.
