The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, is enthusiastic, self-motivated and has a strong desire to build a solid practice to enhance and complement our current offering of remediation and utility services. Develop new projects and clients, along with client and program management, and create new business development initiatives.

This job is a senior role focused on leading and executing the company's proposal strategy to win new business in the environmental sector, specifically for projects related to consulting, remediation, sustainability, and engineering services. Responsibilities include managing the proposal process from start to finish, overseeing a team, and developing winning proposals in response to RFPs for complex environmental challenges.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing manager, marketing team, and technical staff to drive the full pursuit lifecycle—from lead generation and capture planning to proposal development and presentation coaching. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings creative strategy to pursuits, and ensures every proposal and presentation reflects winning themes.
