About the Role:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through selection, offer and hire.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 7+ years in Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering.
- Experience in environmental consulting or technical services is an asset.
- Strong skills in HRIS, ATS, and candidate sourcing platforms.
