Web Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into scalable, production-ready features in collaboration with product and data teams.
• Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js and React.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, or Intelligent Document Processing solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio.
• Familiarity with Document Intelligence APIs and cloud-native tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
