How This Role Makes a Difference:
- Deliver strong customer experience for both sites and patients by providing virtual study support under delegation of a PI.
- Support patient experience, data management, and study administrative tasks with a quality-first approach.
- This is an early-to-mid experience position expecting working knowledge of clinical research industry.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Engage with patients to identify, recruit, educate, and pre-screen them for studies.
- Maintain systems and data entry across multiple study portals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with site teams and central study coordinators to schedule visits and resolve issues.
The Expertise Required:
- Proficient with clinical trial technologies including IWRS, EDC, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of GCP, ALCOA-C, and government regulations.
How We Work Together:
- Remote position within the United States.
- Less than 10% travel requirements.
- Requires proper home office setup with high-speed internet.
