Patient Recruitment Specialist (CNS Clinical Research)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective clinical trial participants and respond to referrals and inquiries.
• Perform detailed prescreening interviews using study-specific criteria for CNS trials.
• Educate participants about clinical research and schedule screening appointments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of patient recruitment experience in clinical research.
• Strong understanding of CNS conditions like depression, anxiety, Alzheimer's.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a metrics-driven mindset.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position based in Brazil with a structured onboarding.
• Full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, initially Eastern Time then 12-8 PM ET.
