Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone conversations with candidates
- Build rapport, understand qualifications, preferences, and career goals
- Review AI generated conversation history and maintain CRM accuracy
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, recruiting, or high-volume phone roles
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) with neutral accent
- Strong phone presence and ability to make decisions without rigid scripts
Location and Availability:
- Fully remote work from home role
- Full-time (40 hours per week) during U.S. Central Time, preferably 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
