Your Role:
- Be the first voice customers hear, guiding vehicle sellers through the listing process with confidence and clarity.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM and coordinate with the internal Listing Team for smooth handoffs.
- Handle high volumes of incoming phone calls and emails while maintaining a professional, conversational tone.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a customer-focused personality.
- Strong CRM proficiency and ability to multitask between calls, emails, and documentation.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales support roles is strongly preferred.
