About the Job:

  • Complete scope over department strategy to achieve key metrics.
  • Lead a distributed team with specialized knowledge, guiding them towards key metrics.
  • Exposure to complex problems and partnerships with another department to enable the mission.

What You Bring:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
  • Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a product or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for solving tickets per week across various Remote verticals.
  • Maintain productivity standards, while ensuring high attention to detail with a healthy obsession with the customer journey and customer advocacy.
  • Respond within agreed Service Level time to standard tickets via email and live messaging across all verticals

  • You'll report to: Manager, Customer Care Team: Customer Experience - Customer Care
