HR Specialist

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR policies and procedures, providing first-level employee relations support.
  • Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, system setup, orientation, and exit interviews.

  • Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms and manage supplier relationships across thousands of kiosks.
  • Oversee procurement budget, IT systems, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency and cost savings.

  • Lead administration, optimization, and security of all SaaS applications including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Manage IAM policies, enforce Zero Trust principles, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate or Zapier.
  • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and HR teams to ensure secure employee onboarding, offboarding, and audit readiness.

  • Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns for automotive dealership clients across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Conduct daily account audits and performance reporting, using data to drive higher ROI and lower cost per conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEOs, designers, and developers to implement experiments and ongoing campaign improvements.
