The primary functions of this position are to review background checks for acceptance or rejection according to company guidelines, auditing closed employment requisitions and/or other Human Resources procedures to comply with both internal procedures and/or federal and state laws. This position now functions as the back up to the Pre-Employment supervisor. Responsible for assisting with the I-9 compliance program.

Assist in preparation and filing of corporate documents, company formations, entity dissolutions, obtaining EINs and any necessary state filings. Draft internal documents and support corporate attorneys. Conduct due diligence and manage acquisition transactions. Maintain a corporate database. Research applicable state law and monitor changes to government guidelines.
