SEC Reporting Accountant

We are looking for an SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing and timely submitting consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F) in a fast-paced payments fintech. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings, supplemental notes to the consolidated financial statements, reviewing and validating financial data and disclosures, assisting in drafting technical accounting memorandums in alignment with IFRS. Collaboration with external auditors to ensure timely and complete audits is also expected.
