Maintain accurate and timely financial records across multiple international entities, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS, and manage AP, AR, and general ledger functions in complex multi-entity environments. The candidate will ensure compliance with SEC and public company disclosure requirements.

Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP, conduct disclosure benchmarking against industry peers, and assist with the research and application of disclosures for new accounting pronouncements. You will also coordinate data requests and analysis for internal and external auditors, and support finance process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency.

This role involves leading the preparation, review, and submission of SEC filings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. The Director will maintain internal controls over financial reporting, oversee compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX requirements, and drive continuous improvement of the external reporting process using automation and AI tools.
