SAP Project Manager

Role Overview:

• Seeking a mid-to-senior level SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and ECC, using the SAP Activate methodology.
• Manage cross-functional implementation streams and ensure successful outcomes across complex HR, ERP, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors implementations and manage project governance, reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project financials, timelines, and cutover planning to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and familiarity with S/4HANA, ECC, and RISE with SAP.
• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.
