Demand Generation Manager

Implement best-in-class demand generation strategies and tactics, creating a tech stack, campaigns, and measurement strategies from the ground up. The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and webinars to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. They will also manage and optimize paid media campaigns on ad platforms, including audience targeting, budget allocation and performance optimization. This role involves partnering closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead qualification and follow-up processes, as well as leveraging Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to create sophisticated lead scoring and nurturing campaigns. Account-based marketing (ABM) strategies specifically targeting employer groups, health plans, and benefits administrators in the healthcare space will also be designed and implemented. The Demand Generation manager will analyze campaign performance as well.
