Product Designer II

We are seeking a mid-level Product Designer II to join our UX team. This role is perfect for a designer with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to take on more complex design challenges and contribute to strategic product decisions. As a Product Designer II, you will work across multiple product areas with a focus on our underwriting workbench, lead design initiatives, and help shape the user experience of our digital products. As a key member, you will lead design processes, collaborate with product managers, conduct research, create prototypes, partner with engineering, elevate design quality, and champion user-centered design.
