Director, Patent Litigation Consulting (High-Tech IP)

Accountabilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop technical consultants and IP experts, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Own delivery across a portfolio of concurrent patent litigation, licensing, and IP consulting engagements, including budgeting and risk management.
• Establish and maintain high-quality standards for technical work, including review protocols and consistent methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; advanced degree or JD is a plus.
• 10+ years of combined experience in technical consulting, IP strategy, or patent litigation support, including senior client-facing delivery leadership.
• At least 5 years of direct people-management experience with responsibility for hiring, performance reviews, and team growth.
