About You:
- You are a strategic, conceptual thinker who pushes the boundaries of storytelling.
- You have 8+ years of experience as an Art Director at a top-tier agency or in-house.
- You are passionate about craft and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead conceptual development and execution across campaigns for digital, social, film, and print.
- Partner with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to elevate the brand.
- Integrate AI and emerging technologies into your creative process.
Additional Information:
- We offer a base pay range of $102,300 - $140,700, plus equity and benefits.
- Benefits include health plans, 401(k) match, ESPP, and flexible time away.
- This role is remote within AMS - North America and Canada.
