The Role:

You'll own health, cost, and impact of the GTM Agent, building feedback loops for continuous improvement.
You'll operate on LangSmith and turn your practice into the reference story enterprises need.

What You'll Do:

Monitor production health, triage issues, and run weekly eval suites.
Track cost and latency, and build business metrics to demonstrate agent value.

What You'll Bring:

Strong Python and SQL, plus experience with LLM applications and SRE instincts.
Clear writing and high agency to build what's missing.
