- Manage full engagement lifecycle from SOW review through closeout, including planning, execution, risk management, and handoff.
- Serve as primary customer point of contact, delivering status updates, managing expectations, handling escalations, and negotiating scope changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, and Product to ensure successful delivery and resource allocation.
