Engagement Manager

Engagement Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the full lifecycle from SOW through closeout, including planning and execution.
• Handle risk, scope, and handoff to ensure quality deliverables.

Customer Communication & Relationship Management:

• Serve as primary point of contact, delivering status updates and managing expectations.
• Handle escalations and negotiate scope changes with enterprise customers.

Multi-Engagement Management:

• Manage 5–8 concurrent technical engagements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Coordinate with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, and Product teams.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure successful delivery.
