Mid-Level BE Engineer

What you will work on:

• Deliver complete features end-to-end, from technical breakdown to production, in a microservices platform that handles tens of thousands of requests per minute.
• Design your solutions within our existing architecture, deciding how a feature fits together and bringing in a Senior when design crosses module boundaries.
• Work on real problems of scale: concurrency, high-volume traffic, and availability.

Skills you need:

• 2+ years of professional experience with Golang (or 3+ years backend with at least 1 year in Go) and a working grasp of architecture.
• Practical experience with concurrent and event-driven systems: goroutines, channels, race conditions, retries, idempotency.
• Experience building microservices using SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, and DynamoDB, plus API design patterns such as gRPC or GraphQL.

Working with AI:

• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) daily, breaking work into reviewable steps and providing the model with required context.
• Review AI output like a colleague’s PR, catching hallucinated APIs, outdated patterns, and security implications.
• Own what you merge, regardless of what generated it, and share effective prompts and patterns with the team.
