Who we are looking for:

  • You use agentic workflows as your default, practicing context engineering and multi-agent orchestration.
  • You have strong coding fundamentals and scalable systems expertise in Golang, Java/Kotlin, and PHP.
  • You are a skilled technical leader who guides engineers by example and takes initiative.

What you will be doing:

  • Architect context pipelines for AI agents and design agent-ready systems.
  • Drive migration from legacy monolith to microservices with AI as an accelerator.
  • Work with product and engineering leadership to drive impactful technical direction.
