What you'll be doing:

What you'll need:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in production AI/LLM systems.
- Retrieval engineering beyond basics: hybrid search, re-ranking, query transformation.
- Production-grade software engineering fluency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
