Senior Software Engineer, AI-Native Platform

What You'll Do:

• Build shared services, APIs, and workflows that support administrative experiences, integrations, and core platform capabilities.
• Design reliable backend systems for cross-domain business flows and operationally critical use cases.
• Apply AI effectively throughout the software lifecycle, including implementation planning, coding, review, testing, and quality improvement.

What You Have:

• 5+ years of strong software engineering experience building backend systems and APIs in production.
• Strong fluency with AI-assisted software delivery and clear judgment about where AI helps and where rigor matters most.
• Experience in Go, or deep proficiency in a comparable backend language such as Java.
