Staff Software Engineer - AI

Architecture & System Design:

• Architect and deliver distributed cloud-native applications with high concurrency.
• Decompose legacy systems into SOA/microservices and evolve architecture for scale.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and address reliability risks proactively.

Data & AI Engineering:

• Build production-grade data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows for OLTP and OLAP.
• Integrate ML and GenAI capabilities like RAG and model serving into product features.
• Champion data quality with validation, observability, and testing.

Team Leadership & Standards:

• Lead high-performing teams through complexity and mentor peers.
