Collaborate with other engineers through pairing sessions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Mentor and lead junior engineers in software engineering methodology and best practices.
Work with product team to understand requirements and see them through to execution.

What You’ll Bring:

Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL databases.
Experience designing event-driven microservices and applying patterns like DDD and CQRS.
Strong judgment on when to use AI vs manual implementation and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code.
