The Marketing Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales of physical and digital gift cards across a diverse network of distribution partners, including retail, ecommerce, loyalty programs, and incentive channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and promotional initiatives in close collaboration with Strategic Relationship Managers and Account Managers. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales performance and forecasting trends, identifying opportunities to increase product visibility and optimize distribution, and managing cross-functional efforts to support partner excellence.
Responsibilities include providing marketing support to Business Development and Distribution Sales teams such as developing and maintaining marketing program calendars, drive marketing brainstorming and planning discussions; forecasting and analytics for marketing programs; developing overviews of executed programs outlining successes and failures; maintaining strong communication with internal and external clients with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution; identifying and leveraging marketing opportunities within new distribution partners to drive Blackhawk product sales; and developing and executing marketing programs for new Blackhawk initiatives.
