Product Manager - NEC Housing

As a Product Manager for NEC Housing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative products for the Social Housing sector covering areas such as case management, customer engagement, including the NEC Engage app. With over £8m annual investment in our solutions, we’re committed to helping customers deliver better services, more effectively. You will conduct market research to understand trends, become the subject matter expert in your product area, and collaborate with customers to capture insights and shape requirements. You will also define customer business needs, create requirements, user stories, and wireframes, and partner with Technical Authors to produce product documentation.
