Position Summary:
- Responsible for defining and executing global product strategy for liquid cooling solutions in the data center market.
- Lead the global product management organization and establish a unified product vision across regions.
- Translate customer requirements, market trends, and business objectives into differentiated products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term product vision, portfolio architecture, and investment priorities across liquid cooling technologies.
- Establish global product roadmap balancing customer requirements, technology evolution, and revenue opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle from opportunity identification through development, launch, and end-of-life.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in product management or related technology leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, or liquid cooling industry.
