Lead, Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will lead the reimagining of MyFitnessPal’s front door and influence the vision and design strategy for the entry experience, aligning outcomes and success signals with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Content Design. You will translate that direction into staged designs and phased experiments, shaping the hypotheses and success metrics—while balancing speed and quality. This role involves connecting the ecosystem, designing how guidance, logging, insights, and motivation come together so members feel progress from first touch. You will lead with research and data, create scalable frameworks and patterns, anticipate dependencies and risks, and facilitate alignment at scale. Mentor designers through coaching and modeling strong craft and storytelling; help establish rituals that improve collaboration and speed.
