-Partner with Engineering Director, providing technical guidance across squads.
-Work with product leadership to make the right trade-offs.
-Rally the team, inject urgency when needed, and ensure proper controls.
Architectural Design and Excellence:
-Lead architectural discussions for complex systems.
-Keep a high standard for technical excellence.
-Foster a culture of quality within the collective.
Mentorship and Influence:
-Proactively mentor and up-level engineers.
-Influence company-wide as you work with other business units.
-Ensure systems are fit for purpose and accelerate growth.
