Retention Email Manager

Accountabilities:

• Write compelling retention email copy for multiple brand accounts while maintaining each brand’s unique voice.
• Support project management, including tracking deliverables, coordinating approvals, and managing campaign timelines.
• Own retention strategy and roadmap development for assigned client accounts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and email retention marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned messaging.
• Experience managing client relationships independently and communicating updates proactively.
