Talent Acquisition Partner (Corporate Recruiter)

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the end-to-end hiring cycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, balancing speed and quality of hires. They will leverage advanced sourcing methods to build robust pipelines and conduct talent mapping of relevant industries. They will conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills and culture fit and partner with stakeholders to design assessment approaches. The TAP will build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular touchpoints and serve as a trusted partner aligning TA with business goals. They will champion an exceptional candidate journey and conduct background checks to ensure compliance.
