Principal Consultant - Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Client Discovery & AI Readiness Assessment:

• Lead structured discovery sessions with executives and technical SMEs to assess current-state AI, data, cloud, and automation architecture.
• Evaluate business processes, decision points, and operational pain areas to inform readiness.
• Produce discovery outputs that support executive alignment and downstream architecture decisions.

Use Case Portfolio & ROI Stress Testing:

• Identify, define, and document AI use cases with business value hypotheses and success metrics.
• Stress test each use case for ROI against measurable impact, feasibility, risk, and time-to-value.
• Create a priority matrix and sequenced AI adoption roadmap for executive decision-making.

AI Architecture & Solution Design:

• Own end-to-end architecture for generative AI, predictive ML, and workflow automation solutions.
• Define reference architectures and guardrails for security, scalability, and governance.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

AI Center of Excellence Design & Enablement:

• Design AI CoEs including intake models, standards, governance, and operating models for scaling AI.
• Help clients transition from ad-hoc experimentation to enterprise-grade AI delivery.
• Enable client teams with frameworks and artifacts for independent operation over time.
