Microbiology Faculty (remote/part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Develops and provides students with an approved Covista syllabus.
• Organizes, prepares, and regularly revises and update all course materials.
• Models effective oral and written communications that engage the students.

Qualifications:

• Earned a master's or doctorate degree in Microbiology, Biology or very closely related field.
• Have at least 15-credit hours of higher education teaching experience (preferred but not required).
• Possess genuine passion for education and lifelong learning.

Additional Requirements:

• Able to provide official transcripts for all earned degrees.
• Have exceptional subject matter expertise as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Operate with a sense of responsibility and purpose with the desire to enrich colleagues, students and the broader community.
