Production Quality Control Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Execute functional and regression tests on completed builds to confirm real-world behavior.
• Manage a queue of QC cases from intake through completion with clear documentation.
• Partner with Build and Product Engineering to resolve defects and report findings.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Strong queue management and ability to prioritize by urgency and launch date.
• Experience with test management platforms and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for documenting defects and explaining technical findings.

Work Environment:

• Remote role collaborating via chat, video calls, and shared documentation.
• Spend time in testing tools, test management platform, and ticketing system.
• Work closely with Build and Product Engineering in a team that values accuracy.
