Backend Engineer - Platform - Stacks

The Opportunity:

• Develop essential systems driving Grafana's business operations.
• Maintain billing engine, automate provisioning, and integrate with cloud marketplaces.
• Build and maintain the user portal for customer account management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build control-plane services and workflows for reliable stack creation and configuration.
• Improve incident response and recovery paths for stack misalignment and failures.
• Partner with various teams on customer-impacting stack lifecycle work.

Requirements:

• You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience.
• You have experience working on a SaaS platform and are familiar with common distributed systems concepts.
• Have professional experience with Golang
