Role Overview:
- Own core parts of the Ground News experience, from discovery and navigation to bias signals and the reading experience.
- Partner with the Head of Product and founders to shape product direction and prioritize high-impact features.
- Drive subscriber growth and retention by working with Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Success.
What You'll Do:
- Translate bias, factuality, and source-intelligence signals into simple, intuitive consumer-facing experiences.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Ship high-impact improvements at an effective cadence, balancing rapid iteration with trust and quality.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of product management experience in consumer products with large user bases.
- Strong track record in subscription or B2C products, focusing on conversion, retention, and engagement.
- Excellent analytical thinking, experimentation fluency, and ability to work with engineering and ML teams.
