Job Description

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will lead the preparation, implementation and evaluation of two major initiatives with potential to improve community health: the Joy of Literacy Initiative (JOLI) and Medical Legal Partnership (MLP). The MLP program provides free civil legal services to address Health Harming Legal Needs. Through project oversight, program development, operational support and close collaboration with internal teams and community partners, the SPM plays a vital role in supporting program growth, evaluating impact, and driving continuous improvement across both initiatives. The SPM will have the opportunity to participate as a member of the Hoekelman Center team on strategic development of various other projects and functions such as PLC (Physician Links with the Community), CARE (Community health and Advocacy Resident Education).
